Acorn Shutters and Blinds returned to Owen Kerr with their latest vehicle, looking to apply their established branding and keep their fleet looking consistent on the road.

As this was a brand-new vehicle, the installation needed to be carried out with extra care. The graphics had to match the existing Acorn Shutters and Blinds design, while protecting the new paintwork and ensuring a high-quality, long-lasting finish.

The Solution

Using Oracle 751 vinyl, our team applied Acorn Shutters and Blinds’ preset vehicle graphics design to the new vehicle. Before installation could begin, the vehicle went through a detailed three-stage preparation process. This included using tar and glue remover, wax remover and IPA to remove any surface contamination that could affect adhesion. Proper preparation is essential for ensuring vinyl bonds correctly and continues to look its best over time. To protect the vehicle during the fitting process, knifeless tape was used throughout the installation.

The Result

The finished vehicle now features Acorn Shutters and Blinds’ recognisable branding in a clean, professional way, helping maintain a consistent look across their fleet and increasing visibility while out on the road.
